At Bevan Insurance, our primary objective is to ensure that our clients’ assets are protected with the best products available in the insurance marketplace.  We also strive to eliminate the frustrations often experienced when trying to understand the technical aspects of insurance.  As an independent brokerage, we have the option of comparison shopping among our insurance markets to offer our clients the best product for their specific insurance needs.  We want our clients to feel that they are investing in the protection of their assets, rather than just buying insurance.

In order to deliver high quality customer service, we feel that each client should be serviced by a dedicated Account Manager who is assigned to handle their account.  The Account Manager becomes familiar with the individual needs of each client and provides education on their insurance portfolio.  They will review the coverage each client currently has, but more importantly, they will recommend coverage that may be available to ensure greater protection.

Being familiar with each client’s account also means that our Account Managers can help a client to manage their claims experience in a way that balances protection of assets with the impact a claim will have on their policy and insurance record. Our Account managers will also act as claims advocates to ensure that claims are handled efficiently and to help shepherd their clients through the claims process.
